Our happiness is always in our own control. Yet, we can share it with others.
That's the joy of life.
I have contemplated my happiness algorithm a lot, as a way of exploring myself in relation to the omni ecology of mind around me. As a living experience of all the beauty around me, even the beauty in pain; but we're so lucky there is so much colour and light. I'd love to share this and connect in a meaningful, guided way in my relations more than the current interfaces enable me to express myself and connect with you and our potential mutual happiness. I could express this as a painting. We're entering an age of ekphrasis. Expressing ourselves to generate ourselves. I first chose "words" here but please also share art or music.
Every birthday, I do a version of this myself and with others to connect and share reflections on our relations and meditations of the world. Here are some of the life aspects of my omnihappiness I'm looking to cultivate even further, the ones I already enjoy and prioritize in my life. This is an invitation, on my thirty-first solar return in this lifetime.
I'd love your perspectives and recommendations: books, podcasts, advice, festivals, experiences, points of view (your own meditations or others' perspectives you've noted), poems, songs, art, dances, meditation practices, technologies and applications, agentic harnesses or skills, courses (paid, unpaid), walks and hikes around the world, hubs and communities, local water source recommendations, humans (only soulmate-level recommendations if introductions, or otherwise online telepathic humans to follow or listen to is okay too, we all need deeper relations to be present in), anything to complement or expand this.
